Apartments should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the date set.

The number of people in the apartments shall be, at most, that indicated in the rental contract.

The rental price includes water, gas and electricity supplies. Bed linen is not included (it can be hired separately).

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 200 EUROS must be provided on entering, which will be returned when the contract ends and the property is vacated, once the installations have been checked. Should departure be made outside office hours, the deposit shall be returned by post.
