Apart from urban real estate administration per se, FINCAS
BERNI also acts as a broker in the renting of urban real
estate (apartments, garages and commercial premises) and
manages real estate so that each client can place his or her
trust in the company (brokering property sales, property
registrations, dealing with the different public
administrations, etc.)
With the company's business being based in Roses, and as a
large number of our clients are from abroad, on their prior
approval we act as their legal representative with the Tax
Authority (an obligation required of all non-resident
foreigners in Spain who are property owners, Law 41/1998 of
December 9, art. 9, amended by Law 46/2002 of December 18.).
This involves acting on their behalf for, among other
things, Spanish capital and income tax declarations, as well
as offering advice on any taxation problems that may arise. |
